About Elizabeth
Ann (Elizabeth) Burnett, the founder and director of Elizabeth Etiquette, is an Etiquette and Grooming Consultant, Certified Children’s Etiquette Trainer and certified Breakthrough Coach.
Born and educated in England, Elizabeth has a long family history in the practise of etiquette. Her Great Uncle was Toastmaster at one of London’s well-established luxury hotels where he organized and conducted many executive and Royal events always ensuring that proper etiquette was followed. Her Great Aunts also provided advice and training on respectability, grooming, and decorum.
Following this family tradition, Elizabeth has always had an interest in etiquette. Trained as a professional British nanny, Elizabeth consistently enforced good manners and behaviour in her young charges. After transitioning to a corporate career in Canada, Elizabeth continued to promote good manners and appropriate behaviour, now within a business environment. Before starting Elizabeth Etiquette, she spent many years in Medical Management followed by a successful career as Director of Business Development at a major financial services company.
Elizabeth lives in Langley, British Columbia, Canada with her husband and daughter. As a family they enjoy Skiing, Horseback riding, travelling and, above all, family gatherings.
